Upgraded Gen 2

New Version allows your phone being charged Vertically(portrait mode) or Horizontally(landscape mode), which is very useful especially when you’re using Navigation APPs. It enable both wireless and wired charging in case your passenger’s phone doesn’t support wireless charging.

Installation Diagram

Because of Tesla’s power supply design, all the fast charging mode on the market use cigarette lighters to energize. Besides, the central console cover design of Tesla doesn’t remain enough room to accommodate the cables, so when you close the lid, it may be a bit tight. In order to prolong service life, it is not recommended to switch frequently when you are using the charging mode.

Simple Installation

Step 1:
Slide the cover to the left. Remove the smooth pad and USB cable. Fish the usb cables into the same holes and install the wireless charging pad. Finally place the plastic cover back.

Step 2:
Get the cables plugged in and wind the cables to make sure they look compact.

Step 3:
Place the cable into the left side groove.

Step 4: Move the seat to the end, so you can see the turing groove, then place the cable in.

Advanced installation

1. Remove the side cover. Pull it from the bottom and pop it off. Don’t be afraid to pull it because it’s just clipped on.
2. Unscrew the screws by T20 screwdriver. Pull the metal cover out to expose the area and run the wire on it.
3. Near the cigarette lighter, take the rubber bumper out and cut the notch a little bit bigger.
4. On the other side, cut out another notch for the wire.
5. Put the metal cover on and put the screw in. Finally pop the pieces of cover back in and line up all the clips.

Faster Charger Mode

Different mobile phones support different maximum charging power. The actual power is based on the maximum charging power supported by your mobile phone.

10W FAST CHARGING:

Samsung Galaxy S10, S10 Plus, S10E, S9 Plus, S9, Note 9, Note 8, S8, S8 Plus, S7, S7 Edge, S6 Edge Plus, and Note 5;

7.5W FAST CHARGING:

iPhone XS Max, iPhone XS, iPhone XR, iPhone X/8/8 Plus;

Max 10W

Only the QC3.0 or 9v/1.7A input can get the max power rate 10w. There is only one QC3.0 on the Cigarette adapter. If you want to get the max 10 w on the left, please install like this, cigarette power -> QC3.0 USB -> Charger pad (left)

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?

Do you provide tracking information?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
  • You receive the wrong item
